The developer is now selling to all clients on a first come, first serve basis. The units were sold on a 15 month payment plan.

As of Q2 2022, the entire project has been sold out. Plot sizes in  Jebel Ali Hills ranges from 10,000 - 16,000 sq. ft. As of Q3 2022, almost all the plots are between 70 - 90% paid.

Construction on the plots cannot commence as yet. The developer is expected to handover the plots in Q3 or Q4 of 2023 at which time owners can then begin the process of designing and building their own home.
